Edward P. Evans was appointed director of the Company on February 9, 2005. Evans received his BA from Yale and received his MBA from Harvard. In addition to personal business investments, Evans has been Chairman and CEO of MacMillian, Inc., Missouri Portland Cement Company, Fansteel, Inc., and H.K. Porter, Inc. Evans currently serves as a director of HBD Industries, Inc.
