Tom Pick is an accomplished executive with corporate development and operating excellence leadership experience in both the public and private sectors. He has proven expertise in building shareholder and customer value through operating performance, strategic development, M&A, sales, marketing, and turnaround management.
In his career with Thomas Group, Pick has achieved corporate growth through organic and strategic business development strategies, established financial planning and governance process for a $22.5 billion government enterprise, and implemented Continuous Process Improvement methodologies for a major government enterprise to increase productivity and align the organization to strategy and war fighting requirements.
Prior to joining Thomas Group, Pick was a founder and principal of STAT Performance Group, Inc., a management advisory company. Pick also served as President and CEO of Globus Wireless LTD, a $20 million publicly-traded provider of consumer electronics products and engineering lab services. Pick also held senior operating and business development roles at Motorola, Philips Consumer Communications, Arch Communications, PacTel Paging, and NEC Corporation.
Pick received a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas.
