John Steidl

John A. Steidl oversees client solution architecture in Thomas Group’s Healthcare Practice. During his 17 years with the firm, Steidl has designed and implemented a wide range of performance enhancing solutions for clients in industries such as automotive, consumer electronics and medical devices. Most recently, Steidl’s focus has been on building the company’s Healthcare Practice with clients that include employers, payers and providers (both hospitals and physician associations.)

As part of his role in providing expert advice on business process innovation and enterprise performance management, Steidl concentrates on creating multi-stakeholder collaborative frameworks to drive transformational change in complex environments.

Prior to joining Thomas Group, Steidl held a variety of finance and marketing management positions in the semiconductor industry. He held roles as the Director of International Marketing at International Rectifier and later as the Director of Planning. He received his Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Wesleyan University and his Masters degree in Anthropology from Harvard.
