Dorsey R. Gardner was elected director of the Company on June 29, 2005. Gardner received his BA from Yale and received his MBA from Harvard. Gardner spent 15 years as a Vice-President at Fidelity Management & Research and since 1980 has served as President of Kelso Management Company. Gardner currently serves on the board of directors and compensation committees of Crane Company (NYSE) and Huttig Building Products (NYSE) and on the board of directors of Otologics, Inc.
