For many years, Thomas Group has supported the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation through financial gifts and team participants in the Dallas and Fort Worth Race for the Cure.
Thomas Group also supports Dallas Rotary's Camp Enterprise program. Now in its 22nd year, Camp Enterprise is an intensive three-day program that provides Dallas Independent School District seniors with exposure to the business world. During the program, young men and women explore the fundamental challenges, opportunities, and obligations of the free enterprise system. One of the program highlights is a computer simulation that challenges students to apply management techniques they have learned in previous sessions. To date, a team of senior executives within our company has raised nearly $40,000 in cash and in-kind donations to operate the camp.
