For years, Thomas Group has supported the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation by sending a team of walkers and runners to races in Dallas and Fort Worth.
Thomas Group also supports Camp Enterprise, a program of the Dallas Rotary. Now in its 22nd year, Camp Enterprise is an intensive three-day program that exposes Dallas Independent School District seniors to the business world. During the intensive, three-day program, young men and women explore the fundamental challenges, opportunities and obligations of the free enterprise system. A highlight of the event is a computer simulation that challenges students to apply management techniques they have learned in previous sessions. To date, a team of senior executives within the company has raised nearly $40,000 in cash and in-kind donations to operate the camp.
